Geraldine’s is a family story, told around the table.
Geraldine’s Social & Supper was created by sisters Kaley and Jenna, along with Kaley’s fiancé, Liam. The restaurant is named after their grandmother, Geraldine, whose influence reaches all the way into the restaurant’s identity. When they began developing the Geraldine’s brand, they asked her about the things she loved. Her favorite flower, the rose, and her love of green became part of the inspiration for the Geraldine’s look you see today.
At its heart, Geraldine’s brings together the talents, experience, and traditions of their family to create something that feels both special and familiar. More than a restaurant, Geraldine’s is an intimate place where thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and time spent together are at the center of the experience.
For Liam, the kitchen has been a lifelong passion. Inspired early on by his father, who was also a chef, Liam has spent more than 16 years in the restaurant industry, learning from some of Connecticut’s finest chefs and developing a background in French, Italian, and Spanish cooking. At Geraldine’s, Liam brings that experience, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to menus that evolve with the seasons. Food is made in-house with an emphasis on clean ingredients and sourcing from local farms and producers whenever possible. Each new menu is a chance to work with what is fresh, explore new ideas, and create dishes that give guests a reason to come back and experience Geraldine’s again.
For Kaley, it’s all about the people. With 10 years of front-of-house experience and a genuine love of hospitality, she wants Geraldine’s to feel less like simply going out to dinner and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. That means getting to know the people who gather around the table and paying attention to the little things that make them feel comfortable and cared for. From remembering preferences and dietary needs to knowing when someone is celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, Kaley believes the most memorable hospitality is personal. Her goal is simple: for every guest to feel known, welcomed, and genuinely happy to be there.
Jenna brings her own passion for baking to Geraldine’s through Sourdough Bakehouse. Known for handcrafted sourdough breads, bagels, banana bread, cookies, and other baked goods, Jenna’s baking is rooted in patience, quality ingredients, and doing things the right way. Her traditional sourdough process takes two to three days and uses organic ingredients with no GMOs, fillers, seed oils, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. At Geraldine’s, the care Jenna has poured into Sourdough Bakehouse becomes part of the dining experience. Guests who already know and love her breads and baked goods will now find them woven into this new chapter at Geraldine’s.
Together, Kaley, Jenna, and Liam have created a place that reflects what matters to them: food made with care, warm and thoughtful hospitality, quality ingredients, and the simple pleasure of gathering around a table with people you enjoy being with.
